Our price list information is structured to cover two broad areas of activity, which are styled as the "Premier Range" and the "Economy Range". With minor exceptions all of the essential oils in these ranges exhibit the following salient features: - • All oils are pure and unblended • Oils contain no synthetic molecules • Relate to named botanical species • Specify parts of plant used in production • Countries of origin specified • Selected oils meet organic criteria • Value for money prices • Wide selection
It is not our intention to market cheap oils, but we are conscious of the price constraints in the market place, and for this reason Harmony Oils has an "Economy Range". We have tried to meet the objective without an undue sacrifice in quality. Most of the time the oils in the "Economy Range" are unblended, but unlike the "Premier Range" the feature cannot be guaranteed.
Our commitment to quality products is we believe self-evident by the inclusion within the "Premier Range" of oils that meet organic criteria.
We are able to supply blended oils, some with synthetic additives, which may have been subjected to rectification to remove particular molecules. Some would not be appropriate for inclusion within Aromatherapy product ranges, but may have been designed for specific applications. Candle manufacture is an example where the removal of certain molecules can enhance the combustion properties of the finished candle.
Bergamot that is bergaptene free is treated by the professional therapist as acceptable, as is the addition of a solvent to Benzoin to render it pourable.
